Children’s Workshops: Ages 6-12
Paint Happy! Join me for playful and colorful adventures in art. We will explore
different mediums from drawing, painting, and ceramics all while learning how to use color and composition in art. Students will learn the FUNdementals of drawing, painting in a creative studio environment. Supplies will be provided.

Creative Cups Create your own Ceramic Cup! Join Darla to paint your own mug. Each student will learn the basics of working with ceramics. All pieces will be signed and fired and ready for pickup. Supplies will be provided.

Collage for Kids Children will learn how to collage with everyday items and recycled materials too. We will experiment with printing and self portraits in a fun and playful studio environment. Supplies will be provided.

Teen Workshops: Ages 13-17
Express yourself
in Art Through exploration of the master’s students will begin a journal and works of self expression. Happy, sad, sill or mad…students will discover creative and constructive ways that artist from van Gogh to Pollock express their feelings. Then they will apply to their works and express their emotions in projects inspired by the masters.

Creative Collage Find your inner artist with mixed media! In this class students will explore a range of collage and mixed media techniques. Projects will include art journaling and use of eco-friendly objects, image transfer and hand cut stencils. Artist of all abilities are welcome. We will include informal class critique and how to build your portfolio.

Paint Party! Acrylic Painting Party!
Join Darla for a relaxed and fun evening to awaken your inner artist. Students are welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks. I will have all the art and party supplies and informal instruction to help you create your very own one of a kind 11 x 14 acrylic painting! So come, bring a friend and let the painting party begin!

Ceramic Painting Party!
Learn step by step basics of the decorative painting on ceramics. Class is for beginners and intermediate levels. Personal feedback on tips, tricks and techniques will be given to help you paint your own beautiful & functional masterpieces. Materials cost will vary depending on selected piece.

Mosaic
Masterpieces Join Darla for this fun, relaxing and rewarding class. Students will choose from a range of pieces to create their mosaic masterpiece from frames, trays, mirrors and more. Materials cost vary depending on pieces.
